We don’t just mind your dog, this is a holiday boot camp for them! Most dogs will have a routine each day that consists of the following: From CHAT GPT
Here’s a typical daily routine for a dog in a standard UK household. This suits most adult dogs living in a house or flat with an owner who works standard hours. Puppies, seniors, and high-energy breeds need adjustments.

Longer walk for working or active breeds (e.g. spaniels, collies)

Breakfast
-
Most dogs eat once or twice daily

Many UK owners feed after the walk to avoid stomach upset

Dogs often nap naturally after exercise

Older dogs: Shorter, gentler walks and more rest
Well, this is not the normal routine here at Pet Getaway, unless you want it to be of course!
Here they get constant access to some very large areas that they can wonder around in at their leisure. Then many times throughout the day, they will be greeted by usually Colleen or another member of staff, to go onto the large secure paddock and ball chase, rope pull, bark at passer by’s haha. Then at other times, they are taken onto the nearby massive fields for stimulated walk, either on or off lead (depending on how they normally go) and explore the many, many areas it offers!
If your dog is overweight or in need of more stimulation and exercise, then this is the place to be! Doggy Bootcamp!
Hopefully when you return from your holiday, they will want to come home!! haha.
